How refunds work for paid GurmukhiOCR OCR credit packs.

This Refund Policy applies to paid purchases for GurmukhiOCR OCR credit packs and related paid features sold through our website and payment processors.
What you are buying
Paid plans are one-time purchases of OCR credits (also called pages/images). Each credit generally covers OCR for one PDF page or one image. Credits are digital goods delivered to your account immediately after successful payment confirmation.
Satisfaction / refund window
If you are not satisfied with a paid credit pack purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date by emailing contact email from the email address on your GurmukhiOCR account.
Please include:
- Your account email / username
- Purchase date and order / receipt ID from the payment provider
- A brief reason for the refund request
When refunds are granted
We generally grant refunds when:
- You request a refund within 14 days of purchase, and
- You have used only a small portion of the purchased credits (for example, fewer than 20 credits), or
- There was a clear billing error (duplicate charge, wrong amount), or
- Paid credits were not delivered to your account after a successful charge
When refunds may be denied
We may decline a refund when:
- The 14-day window has passed
- A substantial portion of the purchased credits has already been consumed
- The request appears abusive, fraudulent, or violates our Terms of Service
- The purchase was free monthly allowance credits (these are not paid products)
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment processor. Processing times depend on the processor and your bank or card issuer (often several business days). When a refund is approved for a credit pack, we may remove the corresponding unused paid credits from your account.
Free credits
Monthly free credits are complimentary and are not refundable cash purchases. Unused free credits reset according to your account’s monthly cycle.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing problem, contact us first so we can help. Filing a chargeback without contacting support may delay resolution and can result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
